In order to actively prepare for the Sixth CUPL Postgraduate Games, the College held its very first Postgraduate Games in the basketball court of the Haidian Campus on 17 and 18 October, 2024.

The Games were supervised by the College Youth League Committee, and organised by the College Student Union. The games followed the University's postgraduate games, set up eight competitions including single jump of rope skipping, shuttlecock kicking, shot, standing long jump, crossing the river by feeling the stones, collective rope skipping, one-legged jumping relay and collective tug-of-war, which received a positive response from the students and a total of 55 from all grades signed up for the competitions.

The college held the events like one-legged jumping relay, shot, crossing the river by feeling the stones and collective tug-of-war in the basketball court on 18 October. The second day of the games was more fun than pure competing that the students ‘showed their magic’ during the process and achieved excellent results with laughter. Among them, Zhou Tongxin, Lin Hongwei and Tang Xiangchen won the first prize in the one-legged jumping relay, Shen Xinyu, Gao Tianzi and Li Xiaoling won the first prize in the crossing the river by feeling the stones event, Qin Zhaoyang, Shen Zhengxuan and other 4 people won the first prize in the shot, while Gao Yuan, Chen Shujun and other 6 students won the tug-of-war first prize.

After a fierce competition, the College finally selected a 35-member team of athletes with strong comprehensive strength to participate in the upcoming university graduate games on behalf of the College students.
